A Mid Summer Night’s Dinner

The weekend is here and it’s time for some backyard grillin’!  Tonight we had steak, potatoes, and a fresh balsamic tomato salad.  It was so quick and easy to make, and oh. soooo. good!
Take a look!

Start with a top sirloin steak, most of the fat trimmed off:

While the steak is marinating, you can work on these super easy Oven Roasted Potatoes:
Drizzle some olive oil on to the potatoes for added flavor!

Then, slice up some tomatoes:

Throw your steaks on the grill, and cook ‘em up to your preference!

Saute the marinade mixture in a pan until it’s golden brown.

Lastly, make sure you take pics of your cutie pie kids, full tummies and all, as happy as can be!

Speaking of pie…wait till you see what we had for dessert…YUMMY!  Check back for that one in a few!

Hope you’re enjoying your summer!!
